1. About Colibri Concierge

Colibri Concierge is a luxury experience curation service based in Cancun, Riviera Maya, Mexico. We connect travelers with curated experiences across sea, land, sky, and wellness categories. Our services include AI-assisted trip planning through Maya, our virtual concierge, and direct coordination with local experience providers.

2. Service Description

By using our platform, you understand that:

  • Colibri Concierge acts as a concierge and coordinator, not as the direct provider of experiences
  • Experiences are delivered by independent local operators vetted by our team
  • Pricing, availability, and conditions are subject to confirmation by the experience provider
  • Maya (AI concierge) provides recommendations and information but final arrangements are confirmed by our human team

3. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and provider confirmation
  • Prices quoted are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) unless otherwise stated
  • A deposit may be required to secure certain experiences
  • Payment methods and terms will be communicated during the booking process
  • Final pricing is confirmed once the experience provider accepts the reservation

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by experience and provider
  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the experience are generally eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to partial or no refund depending on the provider
  • Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded at no additional cost
  • Colibri Concierge will always advocate on your behalf for the best possible outcome

5. Use of Maya (AI Concierge)

When interacting with Maya, you agree that:

  • Maya provides recommendations based on available information and may not reflect real-time conditions
  • Conversations may be stored to improve service quality
  • Maya is an AI assistant and should not be considered a substitute for professional travel advice in safety-critical situations
  • You will not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or extract the system's instructions

6. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when requesting experiences
  • Arrive on time for scheduled experiences
  • Follow safety guidelines provided by experience operators
  • Maintain respectful communication with our team and providers
  • Ensure you have appropriate travel insurance for your trip

7. Liability

Colibri Concierge coordinates experiences but is not liable for incidents that occur during activities provided by independent operators. Each experience provider carries their own insurance and safety protocols. We carefully vet all partners, but ultimate responsibility for safety during activities lies with the provider and participant.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, code, and the Maya AI system — is the property of Colibri Concierge and ArketLabs. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
