  • Travel preferences, dates, and group size shared during conversations
  • Chat messages exchanged with Maya, our AI concierge
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To personalize and plan your Riviera Maya experience
  • To connect you with our concierge team for bookings and coordination
  • To improve Maya's conversational quality and service recommendations
  • To send you relevant updates about your trip (only with your consent)

3. AI-Powered Conversations

Maya, our AI concierge, is powered by Google Gemini. Conversations with Maya are stored securely in our database to provide continuity and improve service. We do not sell or share your conversation data with third parties for advertising purposes. Google processes messages in accordance with their AI Terms of Service.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure data isolation. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized Colibri Concierge team members only.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Experience providers (only the details necessary to fulfill your booking)
  • Payment processors for secure transaction handling
  • Infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, Google) as part of service delivery

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for communications at any time
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format
